Oakley Primary Academy PTA Lottery Terms and Conditions

All proceeds from Oakley Primary Academy PTA small society lotteries fund the enrichment services of Oakley Primary Academy as outlined in the charities constitution document.

Oakley Primary Academy PTA’s small society lottery terms and conditions will cover the lottery relating to 2 x VIP tickets to Fatboy Slim at Tofte Manor on 7th July 2024 that Oakley Primary Academy PTA promotes under its Local Authority Licence. These Terms and Conditions state the prize offered for the raffle. All prizes are clearly printed on each ticket, and all marketing literature (including our website) will clearly state all prizes offered for each raffle.

Each entry to the raffle costs £10.00 per transaction.

Prizes for our Fatboy Slim Lottery are as follows:

2 x VIP Tickets to Fatboy Slim at Tofte Manor for entry on 7th July 2024 from 12pm – 10pm. The promoter is Labyrinth Events. The event is for those aged 18+ ONLY – TICKETS ARE NON TRANSFERRABLE.

Opening date: Midnight on Sunday 16th June 2024

Closing Date: Midnight on Monday 1st July 2024

Draw date: Tuesday 2nd July 2024

Buying Tickets and Prizes

Tickets are available for purchase online via Oakley Primary Academy PTA’s and Oakley Primary Academy's Facebook pages alongside Oakley Primary Academy PTA’s website  www.oakleyprimarypta.org using the payment link to the SumUp account for Oakley Primary Academy PTA. The posts made by the above on social media will also be able to be shared publicly with the payment link with unrestricted capabilities.

The winner will be informed by telephone – a contact telephone number must be given along with the entrants full, legal name in the text box at the point of payment using the SumUp payment link. Failure to provide this information will result in the entry being declared null and void and the monies refunded to the entrant. The prize winners name will be published on the same online means as above and by entering the entrant consents to this being shared. Prize winners

may be asked by the Oakley Primary Academy PTA to assist in publicity but they are under no obligation to do so.

The prize will be available to collect from Oakley Primary Academy at Station Road, Oakley, MK43 7RE at a pre agreed time and the winner will need to produce a UK legally recognised form of photographic ID for verification which matches the full name on the winning entry. Only raffle entries supported by a valid payment can qualify for the raffle draw.

The closing date for entry to each raffle is published on the tickets and any literature associated with the raffle. Monies received after the closing date or the draw date will be considered as donations. It must be appreciated by entrants that Oakley Primary Academy PTA cannot accept liability for the loss or delays in any communication sent by post or for any delays in the banking system.

All information is held in accordance with the Data Protection Acts and full privacy statement is available on our website.

Age Verification

The requirements of the Gambling Act 2005 mean that entrants must be 16 years old, or over, to enter any raffle. It is an offence for anyone under the age of 16 to participate in any raffle; tickets should not be purchased for, on behalf of, people underage.

The prize is only available to those who are aged 18+ with no exceptions however 16 and 17 year olds are able to purchase but not attend.

By purchasing raffle tickets purchasers are agreeing to Oakley Primary Academy PTA carrying out checks in any way it may be deemed appropriate. This may include reference to credit and government agencies.

Cancellation and or Refunds

There are no refunds allowable on ticket purchases and it is not possible to cancel your entry into any raffle once payment has been made. Oakley Primary Academy PTA takes no responsibility for the experience at the event. Any issues after the tickets have been handed over to the winner must be raised to the event organiser Labyrinth Events/Tofte Manor. www.labyrinthevents.com
